It depends on how much pain you can take, and where you get the tat. I cried like a baby when I got inked on my shoulder. But on my lower back, I just shed 2 tears. I guess the fleshier body parts would hurt less.

It depends on the location of the tattoo. If you have it done down around your ankle then yes it will hurt because there is less muscle and fat in that area. I have two tattoos, one is on my breast and the other is on my shoulder blade. Neither of them hurt. It will also depend on the tattoo artist and the type of tattooing being done. It will also depend on the size of the tattoo, larger tattoos means more time, so yes it will start to hurt a little. It really isn't so bad to get done.

It all depends on you, for some people it hurts bad for some it doesnt. I have two, neither hurt all that bad but that's me. The one on my shoulder blade I barely noticed getting done (that was my first one) and I have one on my ankle and it didn't hurt though it felt weird where he was going directly over my boney ankle and certian spots made my toes twitch where he was hitting the muscles and that was kinda odd feeling.

Think hard about what you want to put on your body, because it will be there for a long time unless you want to pay a good amount of money to get it done.

It's kind of like an extended bee sting. But like someone said before, it depends on where you put it. I have one on my ankle and I was terrified. When the tattoo artist started working on it I was worried for nothing. It's a little uncomfortable but it's not agonizing unbearable pain. Not like squeezing a human through your pelvis or having your wisdom teeth pulled. And I know cause I've done all three!

It feels exactly like scraping sandpaper across a level two sunburn. Yeah it hurts! If you get color- that hurts worse than straight lines. It hurt right along my spine 'cause he had to push hard. But it's so worth it. You'll get hooked to an expensive hobby. Ink on sista!
