My good advise is that no one can teach you how to be a good leader. The people that are good leaders were born leaders. Anything less is just a imitation of someone else.

Big companies used to offer "Dale Carnegie" classes, which at least served as a long coffee break. The charisma developed there sometimes lasted until the next week class, but more often lasted just until everyone got out of the room and faced the stresses on the shop floor again. A lot of really good leadership is just caring about and understanding the people around you and helping them to do their jobs. The darker but equally important side of leadership is requiring them to meet the job expectations, and firing them promptly if they can't or won't do it.
