Ok, you may think this is crazy, but trust me, it works!

You need to buy yourself a soft ankle weight which can be folded in half. I would start with a 3-4lb ankle weight.

Then you lie down on a bed or couch, and gently hold in place the folded ankle weight on your left upper cheek bone. Slowly raise the left corner of your mouth into a one sided smile to the count of 2 seconds. The ankle weight should move with the contraction. Hold your cheek in this contraction for a further 4 seconds and then release slowly for 2 seconds, allowing the ankle weight to move back into it's original position. Then repeat this for 50 times on the left cheek and then do 50 reps on the right cheek.

Afterwards your cheeks should feel slightly achey and warm, which shows the exercises are working. You may also notice a little bit of flushing and some slight swelling, which is where the muscle has been pumped up.

You only need to do this 3-4 times per week and you will start to see results within a month, maybe less. After 3 months, you may increase the number of reps on each side or increase the weight, which will keep your muscles continually challenged and continue to give you great results.

Good luck : )

High cheek bones have to do with the shape of your skull......if you are naturally round faced you wont have high cheek bones ...and no amount of facial exercise will make you have high cheek bones
