Iraq is a giant terrorist roach motel. The terrorist check in but never check out. We have been systematically killing them over there.
The war in Iraq and Afghanistan has helped to keep those pesky terrorist out of this country. But, it is only part of the plan. We also have increased our counter terrorism capabilities here.
I am not saying that this is perfect. But, your assumption that it has not worked has no validity. Do you really think that taking the fight to the terrorist has had no affect? How do you know that?
The fact is there has been no major terror attack in the US for almost 5 years. Something must be working.

We don't know yet remeber there wasn't an attack here between 1992 and 2001. Also why should they come here to kill americans when they can stay in there own backyard and kill our soldiers. Terrorism is not to win a war its to make a statement, killing our solidiers, keeping our military tied up, and costing us billions is making quite a statement. If we had gone to afganistan caught Osama and left there voice would be hardly heard now. Instead of giving them exactly what they needed in Iraq and now Lebenon.

The "fight them over there..." mindset wasn't implimented until after 9/11. We have had no attacks on US soil since then. So I'd say it's working thus far.

Killing Innocent people in Lebnon is not terrorism but a building falling down in New York is. People you need to wake up because Muslims are not terrorist but killing Muslims will only create more hate. Muslims are not sacrifical goats. WHy is israel killing people in Lebnon ? give me the answer to that ?

The number of terrorist attacks inside the US has been reduced to zero since we have changed our "do nothing" policy on terrorist.

the simple fact is...
you could take a dump on a conservatives chest, then he would get mad at you, but then you could tell him... "have aliens invaded the earth?"... and he would look at you kind of confused... then you say "because I took a dump on you, and aliens haven't invaded the earth... my taking a dump on you has clearly stopped the alien invasion."
then the conservative would thank you for taking a dump on him...
