How can you get a guy to tell you the truth about something that you need to know but he is holding back for some reason? What can you do to get the whole truth out of him without getting on his nerves and really getting him to tell me? The thing is that I need to know if this guy friend has a girlfriend and I want to know because I have a feeling that he does and he doesn't want to tell me because he is afraid of what is going to happen to us after I find out that he does. HELP!

Hey... there are two ways. One is directly ask him. If he is really honest and true friend then he will tell you the truth. But check before that do you have that much trust on each other. If yes, he may not be afraid to loose you, considering you as a understanding friend and may share his inner feelings.
I will suggest other way, wait for time. Have trust on your friend. Don't cross boundries. You will remain safe and be safe till you don't get answers to your question.

You can't make him tell. He has to want to tell you. Just be open and honest and say how it makes you feel. Then ask if he will tell you. If it changes what you now have, then what you now have is not real open or honest. Be sure and say you don't want it to change anything, but you are afraid it will. Best to get it out there and move forward in whatever direction forward is.

There is nothing that you can do about it. You can't make anyone do anything...If he don't want to tell you, you should leave it alone. Keep on bugging him about it is going to make him resent you and maybe even leaving..Sometimes things are better left unsaid..
