Is it possible to be able to fall in love with someone from just talking to them for 10 minutes?

I guess anything is possible...I have always believed in that love at first sight thing...so I guess 10 minutes of chat could do it too. I would say it is highly doubtful though. "Usually" we fall in love once we know a whole lot about each other...without the knowledge, you really can't know for sure if you are in love or not. However, I am not saying it isn't possible...like I say anything is possible.

I'm not so sure about 10 minutes but I did talk to my husband on the phone and the computer for about 3 months before I even saw a picture of him and I fell in love within that 3 months!

10 minutes isn't that long a time. I think I knew from the moment that I met my fiance that someday we'd be together but to say that I loved her after 10 minutes I don't think so. Love takes time to nuture and grow. You have started off right though by talking as communications, and I mean honest and open communication, is what is most important in any relationship.

I would say no because you don't know them. At that point it's not love just interest. After 10 minutes you just want to find out more about this person that's all

You might be confusing "falling in love" with "infatuation"

Falling in love is quite impossible but lusting after is yes, possible.. like knowing someone for less than 10 mins and im already fantasizing about him and me and how he would look naked..

Hell yea! I met my husband in a bar when I was wasted and with some friends. They all were drunk to and could not remember what he looked like. None of us knew what he looked like. But when he called I agreed to the date anyways. I swear that the minute we sat down at a table to eat I knew that I was going to marry him. Unbelievable feeling!

People always say that love has no time limit its something you just know. Don't confuse it with lust. When I met my guy the first time I ever saw him my heart stopped and I new he was something special. Just see where it goes and I wish you the best.

yeah..i think like u get the good connection between u and thats what leads to being in love, i mean i think to truly deeply love a person u need to know them more than that, but if u have strong feelings from the beggining it can definately lead to a strong love connection...good luck!
