Unless she's on birth control or has taken a seminar or read up on Natural Family Planning and is charting her fertility signs meticulously, then you can't really assume any particular time is safe. Things like stress and illness can play havoc with her cycles and she may not even know it until she winds up pregnant.
If you're serious about not wanting to use a condom or other form of birth control, I would suggest that the two of you read "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler or inquire locally about seminars in NFP/FAM/charting.

its safe to have sex without worrying when one of you gets fixed or she gets on birth control....other than that if you have sex without a condom there is ALWAYS a chance she can get pregnant....there might be some days that are a little less likely than others but she can still get pregnant

Get the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. With very little effort you and your wife can enjoy sex most of her cycle without worrying about pregnancy. The book is about the Fertility Awareness Method.

OK. There is no guaranteeing that you wife wont get pregnant. She could be on the pill have an IUD and you use a condom and there is still a chance that she will get pregnant. Good luck

You would want to avoid unprotected sex if she is 2 weeks after her period ended. She is most fertile at that time.
Fertile period is 2 weeks after her period and than there is a 2 week wait until her next period should start. She is fertile for at the least 5 days, but she will only O 1 time during her fertile time of the month.

Only when she is using other birth control methods, and then you can't be 100% sure.
Don't you value your wife - and making intelligent choices about creating a new human life - enough to invest 50 cents in a condom?
Please don't whine about "the sensation being different" or something similar. If it's what you need to do to be responsible, it's what you need to do. Period.

Not all women are alike in that area.
And if you do not want a baby then wear a condom all the time .
