Resolve your trust issues that are a result of improper attachment with caregivers between 6 months and 1 year old.
Or...take some antipsychotic meds.
Seriously, if this is happening, see a doctor ASAP.

Zyprexa is one of the most prescibed drugs for that natured problem. Go to nearest health clinic and be tested. You need the right drug for the right problem or it won't help. Self study is ok. But on the most part leave it to the professionals. Counseling is actully sometimes the better. Have a good one:-)
