Actually his approval rating is hovering around 34%... lower than Nixon's during the height of Watergate. But back then we had the balls to DO something about the corruption in government. And we didn't have Loyalists triping over themselves to lick his boots like the Bushies do.

Yes, That is true. But if I was a democrat ( thank god I am not) I would NOT be happy about at all. First of all, Bush is not running for re-election. Second Bush beat Kerry with a very low approval rating also. Kinda shows you the current state of politcs in America. Third, even though approvals are low for republicans, Dems still cant gain any ground in the politcal arena. All they do is whine about Bush and never present any soloutions. And Finnaly, you dems are probably going to run hillary in 08... she will lose to ANY republican who runs.

Did you know that 48% of the Democrats in Connecticut voted for Lieberman, even though he supported the war and Bush. Although the libs are throwing victory parties for the 08' election. I think they should be asking themselves why 48% of their party, in a decidedly Blue state, just voted for someone who supports the war.

the policies may have failed in the rest of the world but we printed more money in america and everything is fine as long as the world does not want anything but inflated military products to defend against terrorist who are attacking not only america but the western phillosophy america brings every-where it goes .
SO in the end america is fine as long as war is going good and it is booming .THATS why we needed to be guarded against budget increases that build weapons to defend america .
