Okay my ipod was working perfectly but now it doesn't. The songs don't play and when they do they play by themselves and i have no control over the songs i want to listen to.Because when i press a button on my shuffle it totally just turns off.But the green light is still on.And when i try to press play its late, like u know how the green light blinks when u press a button,it blinks late. The only time i can get it to work is to charge it 4 a couple secs and take it out but i still have no controll over wat i want to listen too.And yes my battery is completely and totally charged. The battery is a green light.O yeah and it freezes and make this buzzing sound when i try to listen to it.Help please!

there's a slider button on the Shuffle that determines no matter if it is going to shuffle the tracks or no longer. One putting appears like a looped arrow, and which will make it merely play by ability of the tracks in a non-stop loop (at the same time as it hits the top of the record, it will commence back on the initiating). the different putting appears like an X, and that is for shuffle mode. at the same time as that's no longer in shuffle mode, it truly is going to in straightforward words p.c.. up the order from the song that is at present playing and proceed from there.

Reformat your I-pod, run all the updates, reload all your songs.
If that doesn't work get on the discussion boards at Apple.com and hunt down people with the same problems.
If that doesn't work take it in to the nearest Apple Store.

Have you had it for long?
Most iPods have a warranty date and yours probably passed it.
I know many people whos iPods have died completly after or on the warranty date.
Maybe you need to get a new one?
