I have been getting my nails done for 15 years now and you have to get re-fills about every 2 weeks depending on how fast they grow cost for re-fills are about $13.00,if you are in America it cost about $32.00,in Australia it can cost up to $75.00 for full set just takes a little time getting use to them just don't get them to long and you will enjoy them longer

When I was getting my nails done I had them re-based every two weeks unless one broke before then and a full set every 1-2 months. A full set should cost about $25-$35 and a rebase $15-$20. I know you cant play the guitar, you wont want to do anything that will put to much strain on them. I don't think they break any easier than real nails.

It depends on the shop. I went to get my nails done every wek, because I could. Depending on the design of the nail, and what I wanted on it (i.e.rhinestones, words etc.) the price changed. Every week I came out the shop spending on average $30.00. Acrylic nails don't break easily, but glass or gel will last a lot longer.

You should go have them filled in about every 2-3 week's , depending on how your nail's grow. All place's vary , but the average cost for nail's are between $25 - $30 . A fill in cost's about $15 - $20 . I would'nt be too rough on them , all though they should'nt break easily .

How often you will need to get them done depends on how well you treat them, but if you treat them like gold then I would say about every month. Each time it will cost about $40-$80 depending on where you go!

"I'm ready to unload some the best secrets and tips that even your salon professionals use. Of course they would like for you to buy their products and will tell you they are the best in order to make the sale, but I'm pretty sure they're not being honest in telling you what products are really on the backbar in their salons.

As a frugal person myself, I've always shared my secrets with my clients. I earn my living selling my services, not products. Here a few for you to enjoy!

1. To dry nail polish in a hurry, spray nails with PAM Oil Spray.

2. Olive oil can be added to bath water for a skin softener.

3. Toner/Astringent -- Use witch hazel instead. No need to dilute -- use full strength. You can also rinse with a splash of Apple Cider Vinegar after cleansing -- it balances out the ph of your skin.

4. Cut back on the amount of shampoo you use. Do the same with toothpaste. The manufacturers want us to use more, so we buy more.

5. Keep your pantyhose in the freezer, and they will last longer.

6. For great lotion, mix one-part lotion with one-part vaseline. It works better than plain lotion, and, depending on the cost of your lotion, you can stretch its value.

7. To prevent hair pins from falling out, bend one prong in a "V" about halfway up and insert in hair. It will stay.

8. Old lipstick tubes, thoroughly cleaned, are great for purse-sized pill boxes or for pins.

9. Use hydrogen peroxide as an inexpensive nail bleach.

10. For an excellent facial, mix dry oatmeal and water into a paste and spread on face. Lie down and let it dry. Wash off with warm water."

First and foremost if you ever want to have natural nails of your own.. Do not get fake nails it ruins your nails and nail beds so when you want to take them off and have your own nails you won't be able to grow them.. Best is to take a couple of flinstone vitamins everyday and go have a manicure at least every two weeks and grow out your own..

you are looking at $35-50 for a full set and then about $15-25 for refills......they need to be done every 2 to 4 weeks depending up on regrowth......they don't really break easily unless you are super rough with your hands.......
