rarizzo: It's funny that only people who can't stand up to President Bush's education and experience call him names. If he's so stupid, what does that make you?

Hey, BRAIN TRUST, are you saying that SUPPORTING and ADMIRING an admittedly stupid man is the INTELLIGENT thing to do whereas ACKNOWLEDGING and DISAPPROVING OF the amount of power a MORON has been permitted, even ASKED, to wield over us all is the DUMB thing to do?

Gosh...... well...... I guess that's the NEW logic at work.

As per the actual question, I'm honestly in agreement with the other answer that suggested Bush and Co. may not have enough credible information to share. Better to resist jumping the gun and avoid warbling to a viscious press about that which he is not yet fully informed.

Naaahhhh, that sounds too reasonable for Bush and Co. I bet it's because he's trying to hide something.

We are no safer then we were during 9/11! And if people did know the truth which Bush won't tell the truth, people would be scared again. But watch what happens 2008, they will pull something off to elect another AHOLE like Bush. Wake up America

Why should President Bush try to answer a bunch of reporters who are just angling for a "scoop" and a chance to catch him in a mistake if he answers prematurely?

probably b/c he understands that unless he gives EXACT and PRECISE answers the press will make him to look the fool. AND he may not have those exact & precise answers b/c he may not know all the details.

Better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth (especially when your not completely informed and up-to-the-minute) and remove all doubt! It's all about the perception. Marketing.

Never mind "Why would President Bush?", what I'd like to know is "Why IS President Bush?".
