When I wake up in the morning I feel great. But by about 3 in the afternoon I usually have a fuzzy feeling head. And I am worn down to the put I just don't want to do anything. I eat extremely healthy. I work at a desk and do neck exercise and have good posture. I try to walk often.

Has anyone experienced what I am talking about and found out what then needed to do to feel better?

I wish I could take a nap. I have a familt that needs my attention. I do get up early. I think a lot of it might have to do with "Computer Vision Syndrome". Not certain. Working in front of a computer sucks.

Actually I eat very little sugar. I usually limit myself to one cup of caffeine a day. I quit at one point altogether and still had the same issue.

I know exactly what you're talking about. It stems from getting up so early. When you get home from work, try taking a 1/2 hour nap. Does wonders.

In the evening take a cool bath or if you have a pool go for a swim. The water is so refreshing. Eat some fruit , go for a walk and drink lots of water. Try getting of the computer when you get a chance. Being in front of the computer for any long period of time will make your body hurt. Then internally it is going to affect you.Good luck

maybe you have addiction to sugar or sweet carbohydrate or coffee. It happens sometimes with me but when I follow a diet which restrict consuming sugar I feel better.
