If someone on here went thru open heart 4 bypass surgery like I did, they won't smoke either. Smoke constricts the blood vessels.
To be honest, I smoked 2 1/2 packs a day. Marlboro Light 100's. I could smoke 3 of those on the break at work. This break was for 15 minutes. There was no oxygen going into my lungs, only smoke. That was the first thing I grabbed when I got up in the morning. I thank God that cigarettes no longer have a hold on me.
