Smoking isn't a habit, it's an addiction, and doesn't have to be hard to quit if you use Easyway.
Hardest habit would be nail biting for since I was very young through till I was 20 years old. I would bite them all the way down until they were bleeding, I tried all the usual stuff to try to stop, but one day I just decided to stop and I managed it - problem is I still use my teeth to try to bite off hang-nails so I do sometimes loose nails that way. But, I have lovely nails that are as tough as...well...nails now.

Nail biting, did it since I was a child and stopped just over two years ago at 48 years old and now have beautiful talons, now I just need to kick the ciggies and extra weight into touch too.

Smoking, 6O a day. smoke em down to the filter. Cancer scare, promised myself, bought the patches, found my head did not fall off after a week and a half, gave the remainder of my patches to a friend, thinking I had cracked it.
I had not, so landed up COLD TURKEY, in bed for 5 days, every bone in my body ached, after withdrawal, that I did not know about, I have never smoked since - 2O years a Non Smoker!!!

Tobacco. But then, after about 8 months, I realised I didn't really care that it harms you, and I enjoyed it, and I had simply bowed to peer pressure. So I have started again, and I love it.
