It would depend on many things. How do you want to convey your relationship to others?
Try:

and type in the word partner. When you find one that describes your relationship, maybe lover, companion, try looking up that word and see what comes up. Find one that you like that's subtle enough or blatant enough for you.
The list is long. The first guy did a copy/paste thing it looks like. I suggest you think about how you want to define the person before you pick a random word. You don't want to offend him/her just to avoid offending others.
