Xena is easily the best female hero character ever. She's complex, unique, interesting and she isnt all goody goody or boring like the others. Plus she can actually FIGHT. No sissy punches or whatever.

Funny enough I did like it. I was fairly young when it started (like 14) and through the six seasons I just couldn't help myself. I loved mythology and although it completly bastardize the myths (she met both Ceasar and Helen of Troy even though the Trojan work took place over 800 years before Cesar), it was fun. The mystic stuff, the humor and the human struggle to become better then you have been where always the best aspects. The action, mostly was a bit corny and the special effects weren't that great, but nothing is perfect. I know about the huge lesbian following but this is one guy who liked this show...

I liked the show, but near the end it became too odd for me. I liked the Xena character because Lucy Lawless wasn't afraid to be silly or look ugly when the plot called for it.

Loved the show because when I was growing up there were NO female characters who got to use swords like the guys. Hey, Xena got to have battles and make love to the famous men from history. She met Caesar Augustus, Goliath, was best pals with Cleopatra. Just today she got one of the newsest planets named after her, how cool is that?!

I loved that show, I was sad when I saw the last episode. I wish it wasn't so expensive on DVD. My favorite chars. were Xena ( of course) Gabrielle, Joxer, and probably Aphrodite.

Gabrielle was strangely hot. Especially enjoyed the not-subtle-at-all hints of lesbianism. Must see TV!

Oh, yeah! I loved Xena, it was so funny. My favorite episode was when time kept repeating on them, do you remember that one? I loved Bruce Cambell's character, that theif, whatever his name was.

I loved it.
It was strange, it was about greek mythology... Had pretty good graphics on it as they got going along later in the seasons...
That, and Bruce Campbell was in it occasionally as Autolycus... And I love Bruce.
