I think you have to wait for the child to be born.

no - an ultrasound or an amniocentesis would give the sex, but both require the permission of the mother. If you are not married to the mother, then even after birth you will have no right to perform a paternity test, unless through some legal action. In general, the father has no rightst to custody or medical decisions, though depending on where you live, you may have some legal rights of visitation.

If you are required to pay child support, you will be able to ask for a test through the court system to establish you are in fact the father.

Hopefully your friend is a responsible man. Any man or guy that has sex without using a condom is saying that they are ready to be a father physically and financial wise. Do guys think that they can have sex without a condom and ejaculate in her and that is it with nothing happening? That is how babies are made. One little drop of sperm can make a baby. Guys are NEVER forced to have sex without using a condom. Yes sex feels good, and it is fun, but with it comes responsibilities. Too many unplanned babies being born and alot of the times without a father in their lives, SO SAD... Any guy can make a baby but it takes a man to be a father!!! Just because a guy has a penis does not make him a man. If guys do not want or are not ready to be a father yet, they need to ALWAYS use a condom. NO EXCUSES. Being too drunk or it does not feel as good with a condom is no excuse. It is the guys responsibility to handle the condom, not the females. Never give her a chance to poke holes in it. Always use new condoms. Old ones will bust. I do not feel sorry for the male or female, both are to blame. Use common since when it comes to sex. It is the mothers body that has to be violated in order to find out if the child is his, so I would think that you have to have her consent.

No sir. yet enable me upload that whether you have faith that the new child she is carrying isn't yours you will desire to shelter her and behave as no count number if that's yours because of the fact it must be. You theory sufficient of her to have unprotected intercourse together with her then you definitely can problematic out this being pregnant together with her and after the toddler is born be a guy approximately it and state your reservations in regards to the paternity of the new child do what you need to do and be truthful approximately it. Or do the cowardly ingredient and swab juniors cheek whilst she's asleep!!

Once the baby is born you would go to your county court house and request some kind of visitation or custody, and tell them you also want a paternity test done to make sure it is yours. And I am sure they will do one before the custody part of it.
