Well, just tell her like this,

You: Exuse me, Mrs.[whatever her name is] remember that time when I babysitted your child. You said you were going to give me the money, but you didn't. I was just wondering when I will get my money. Not to be rude.

Lady: Oh yes, I'm sorry dear. How can I forget to give you your money? Its been a month and half. Here I will pay you.

You see, thats all you have to do. Hope you get you're money.

Call her and start the converstion with small talk, bring up something you are going to have to spend some cash on (even if it doesnt exist.) ex; a part for your car that you just dont have money saved up for. Then politely tell her that it would really help to have that baby sitting money soon since youre so strapped! Thats worked for me, and if she denys you for some reason or another then shes not someone you should really waste your time on. Just dont help her out ever again!

If that is definitely insufferable, confer with the bus driver and ask him to take care of the project. He works for the bus line, and he's were given company insurance. you do not.
