The word as the others stated is NEPOTISM!

But for the big CEO's, it has a broader meaning: Keeping it in the family and giving a high salary job to your inexperienced, untalented, careless slacker of a nephew, niece or step-child!!

It is known as, 'NEPOTISM', a sort of FAVORITISM shown to members of the family.


Meaning: Giving unfair advantage to one's own family if one is in power or position (especially giving them favor like jobs)

Dynastic rule is a greater evil than this!
