We have been together for 5 1/2 years. I know If I ask him if he loves me he is going to say yes. But there are things that happen that make me feel like he doesnt..

Does it matter. If you are having doubts about your relationship and you are uncomfortable then you need to talk to HIM about it. If he refuses...Do you really need to waste another 5 years on a guy who doesn't care enough about your feelings and insecurities to make you happy. Don't just ask...Do you still love me? Really sit down and talk about the state of your relationship.

It sounds nice what effort you put into the relationship, but it seems that your boyfriends and his friends and family are not worth it. I know this sounds pretty rough, but if they treat you the way they do although you behave in such a nice way, you should take into consideration moving far away and starting all over. This would mean spending some time without friends or boyfriend, but those who do end up being your friends or boyfriend will not be prejudiced or influenced in any other bad way with regards to the past.

If he doesn't spend any time with you, never includes you with decisions within the home or your life together, never touches you or shows you affection, cant just sit down and have a conversation with you, is out way to much and you are never invited to come along. Has no interest in what is going on in your life or the kids(if any).

Sometimes, things happen that will cause him to become discouraged. If I were you, sit down with him, have a heart-to-heart talk with him, and see what is going on. Whatever happens after that, pray and seek Him to help you through this time of trouble.
