he was sleeping and when he got up from bed he had a pimpal he think it was and 4 day pass and it got worse and he don't know what bite him.

i think it was a spider because the hole is a but 2cm and at a point was meat on hole and now there is none and some white stuff come out when he squeege the hole

Sounds like a spider bite, he needs medical help right now.
The link is a google images search for spider bites, see if your friends leg looks similiar, and if it does take him to the hospital.
If it does turn out to be a spider, when you get him home take a very careful look around to make sure the spider is gone. Look EVERYWHERE!

Could be a spider bite or just an ingrown hair. Best bet is to see a doctor for treatment. Hard to diagnose rashes without seeing them.

probably a spider bite that's gotten infected. He should see a doctor because there may be blood poisoning. (Is there a growing red line on the skin from the bite? If so, it's blood poisoning).
Tell him to pour hydrogen peroxide on the bite. It will disinfect the wound.

sounds like a brown recluse bite ad it will only get worse. Get your friend to a doctor now so they can start treatment.

IF its swelling more, its probably a spider. they have
venom, either that or he is allergic to a bug or something.
