Depends on the situation. Sometimes someone does or says something soooo stupid I can NOT stay quiet!!!

Its really hard for my 7 y/o granddaughter, I told her one day that she couldn't be quiet for 5 minutes. She clammed up, but it didn't last but about 3.

Pretty hard if you lack self control - especially during an argument if you really feel you are right and the other person is wrong.
