Yelling... I hate crying, my eyes get puffy, snot gets everywhere, and then I'm all red and blotchy afterward. Not to mention what does crying fix, its kind of pointless. Yelling is a much better release. You don't feel all weak and helpless afterward. Maybe not yelling at people, but just a random yelll at the top of your lungs when no one is around or into your pillow works wonders for releasing pent up emotions.

yelling fills better but in the end somebody most likely will cry so just cry and it will be over faster

Personally, I yell.But I think its better though to try to keep your cool and not do either of those!
