Most likely, the surf control is either:
A) resident on the network's proxy server and not your computer
or
B) on your computer, but you will need Admistrator rights to change it.

Either way, there's likely no hope of touching it, and even if you could your network administrator (or boss) would soon find out. That would mean trouble for you, and you may lose your job. It's better just to wait until you get home to surf the web, I guess.

you can't. On a work machine you don't have administrator rights, and surf control actually does not physically run on your machine. It runs on a server that you have to pass through to get to the internet. So everything you do and say on the internet is tracked and logged.
