Your forgot the last part of the quote --
"Life's a journey, NOT a destination!"

You defeat the purpose of the quote by asking for a destination. Life is for living. Give it your best shot and the afterlife will take care of itself, if there is one!

Robert Louis Stevenson once said, "We are all travelers in the wilderness of this world, and the best we can find in our travels is an honest friend."

I'm traveling toward - and I presume, among - the friendships and relationships that will last here, and will bear with me into the vastness of whatever is beyond.

traviling on a lots of paths that sometimes are already laid out..with turms I could take but still choosing with my free will, with still trying everything in moderation, still wanting my cake and to eat it too.. but traveling, picking up blessings and lessons to apply to my next steps.. hopefully ending the way I came in.. alone but blessed and loved.

no matter i consider it as a long or a short journey,
it's always began in my home, and i end it in my home again.

so the true destination of my life as a living person, is my home.
