I wish I had saved a message from my mother on my cell phone, because she died last year. If that makes me corny, so be it.

I don't think it's corny, but if you think so, then that's your opinion. I like to save some that are from my fiance...he always writes me sweet things. And I save ones from my brother who is in the army...I miss him!

It makes it sense like an instantaneous message communique. The Blackberry also saves in chat style, and has more effective of a "company" sense to it. also, telephones like the Motorola Karma have the alternative to set the texts to "chat-style". reliable success! :)

I tend to keep them if they make me smile. I have kept one for a long while, it was a general message which was interrupted by screeeching brakes. "Holy Crap, I almost crashed"
