Why did you break up? You should probably think about that. If you broke up for a reason that you can't compromise on then, no you shouldn't go out with him. And, what do you mean 'his friend might as well'? If you're talking about his friend asking you out then you probably shouldn't go there - I think it would be awkward to go out with my ex's friend and secondly they probably have quite a few similarities if they are friends -

You should've posted this in "Singles and Dating" instead of "Celebrities."
He might not be flirting, maybe he's just trying to be friendly with you again. Don't go out with his friend cuz that's not cool. It might break up their friendship. If they're good friends, his friend won't try to date you. It's like a secret code guys have - to not mess with friends' ex's. Besides, would you want your friend's sloppy seconds? hmm?

Well be careful of ex-sex, but if you still love him and want to try again I say as long as he didn't cheat on you or hurt you go for it. As for the friend, probably not a good idea.

Move on. Over time you begin to forget what caused you to break up in the first place, but you will remember soon enough if you get pulled back into the relationship.
