My husband is in the military and is getting stationed there. I have never been to Washington before and we will be living in Bremerton. I would like to know of points of interest, things to do, places to see and what the people and the weather are like there. Any serious helpful answers would be appreciated and any abuse will be reported.

I am moving from San Diego, CA but I am originally from Las Vegas. I am up for just about anything and I love being outdoors.

You're moving to a very beautiful part of the world... Where are you moving from? I ask so I can suggest contrasting things. If you have never lived near the sea there is LOTS to do in/on/under the water (I SCUBA). Also mountains and Seattle. Let me know of your interests and I can be more specific.
