If I were going to install a keylogger, I'd try to install a hardware keylogger. They're very discrete and hold quite a bit of data, so you can find out everything they type. The only drawback is that they cost kind of a lot. even though many say keyloggers are spyware or even ad ware, I think it would be a good idea to install one. A good one is Family Keylogger, you can find out more about it here: http://www.spyarsenal.com/familykeylogger/

look at the cookies, you can see the website names they have visited there as well.
