10yrs not concieveing 3 years with treament now starting clomid hopefully by monday research shows multiple births has anybody on here actually fallen on this drug if so how long did it take i have read loads on but never met anyone thats had it got results from lap and dye today all clear phew...

I was on Clomid last month as my first month, and I became pregnant. I had been trying for over three years and it helped for me. Clomid only helps if your body is not ovulating. A lot of wmen thinks it helps you get pregnant period. Unfortunatly, that's not the case. The chances of haveing multiples are very very low. It only raises your chances by 2-3%. Good luck to you Oh, and BTW, I don't know if Clomid had anything to do with it, but I had a m/c last weekend

I've been using Clomid for some time now and I'm up to 250mgs days 3-7. I haven't gotten pregnant yet. Good to hear your HSG was all clear. Hope the clomid works for you. Take it at night right before bed and it will help with some of the side effects. The most common side effects are hot flashes, mood swings, headache, and bloating.

I took clomid after trying to conceive for 9 years. I got pregnant on the first round of treatment and had ONE child. I have many friends who have also taken the drug and had ONE child.
The information my doctor provided me stated a very low risk of multiple births on Clomid.

I know many people who have gotten pregnant on clomid and none of them have had multiple births. Many of my friends who have had multiple births have been from the shots, like Humegon, which makes a women produce a lot of eggs at once. Good luck!!!!

I took clomid...took me 3 cycles the first time, then 3 cycles the second time. I lost the first baby...not due to taking clomid.

My sister had to use clomid to conceive and she had 3 single healthy births.

I know someone who took it and got pregnant first cycle, 50 mg days 2-7 and had twins

I have never used it, but a nurse at one of my old doctor's office's did and got pregnant with her son the first month she was on it.
