First of all, why would a boy care if a girl likes her? A boy would probably care if a boy likes HIM. Girls might be touchy, flirty, sometimes even a little bit mean to boys they like. She might also be giggly around the boy or might avoid him completely. All girls are different. We're complicated creatures.
