Hello Sir/Madam,

The biggest problem i am facing is my tummy which seems to be growing with every passing day. About myself, i am of average built. I am 5' 8 inches weighing around 70 kgs. I too work in the Software culture which does not spare me any time for even joining a fitness centre. Please do help me. It is now almost 3 yrs since i am having a big problem with my tummy.

Please do let me know the solution for the same.

Would walking everyday help? If i could do some exercises, please do also advise. I have totally stopped eating any fatty foods..my diet is very very plain now........Please do let me know if brisk walking is better or jogging.......

if you drink 10, 8OZ. waterbottles//glasses// a day you will loose up to 300 calories!

Well, for someone who is in the software business, you are remarkably ignorant. You know full well how to stop your gut from getting larger, and yet you use nothing but excuses. Please don't tell me you cannot find 15 minutes a day to do leg raises, crunches, etc. Diet alone is NOT going to fix the problem, and it is going to get a lot worse if you do not start today. Get your eating in order, start with the exercising, and stop with the excuses. OR, go for surgery...that is not a smart choice, but it is yours to make. Unfortunately, you can have all the surgery you want, but if you don't change your lifestyle, your gut will come right back, but this time with scars....hmmmmm . Good luck

stope eating so much, and drinking the beer doesnt help either
