Eat plenty of antioxidant rich foods like pomegrant, blueberries, soy bean products,carrots, green tea, drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet following the food pyramid exercise everyday and don't eat pork, beef, and fatty foods. Eat skinless boneless chicken breast and baked fish, no shrimp (high in cholesterol) or crabs. Use cocoa butter products with vitamin e and jojoba and olive oil extracts. I use Aveeno products which are good for your skin and hair because it has soy protein. Stay away from synthetic shampoos, soaps and anyother harmful cosmetic. Use things were you can pronounce what the ingredients are.
Eat 2 fruit servings a day(1 whole, 1/2c frozen or canned)
6 different vegies a day prefered fresh or frozen fresh, no canned (1/2c)4 green
2 servings of milk and dairy ( 8 oz, 1 1/2 oz natural cheese, 2 oz processed cheese non-fat or skim)yogurt
1- 5oz serving of meat; 1 serving of beans (1/2 cup) 1 serving of nuts preferably almonds, walnuts, pecans(1 oz)
6 servings of grains such as pasta, bread, cereals ALL wholegrain instead of bleached
If you eat like this daily and eat every two hours until 7 pm, don't eat after 7 because your body won't burn the fat anymore because your ready to rest, I guarentee you will have flawless skin, body, mind and soul.

Just wash your face with plain water or noxema first thing in the mornin and last thing at nite. as for your body use a lofa and get rid of all that old dead skin use baby oil on your wet body when you get out of the shower dont dry it just let it air dry but not all the way rub on the baby oil it helps seal in the moisture and dont use drying soaps get the ones with added moisturizers like dove oil of olay or caress.

Avoid the sun, drink alot of water, eat really good foods plenty of fruit and veggies, fruit like cantelope, watermelon, and blueberries will give your skin a nice glow.
Get exersise that will also make your skin glow keep your hands off your face don't smoke etc etc etc. Just eat right get plenty of rest fresh air.
Have occasional facials- I like going when the seasons change just for a nice deep cleaning.
