somehow someone deleted all my pictures off my computer and i dont have them saved to disk.i tried to do a system restore and it was unable to complete it.I dont know how or when this happened.Is there anyway i can get my pictures back?

OK, you need to use one of the many free "undelete" programs out there before you write anything else to the hard drive. Do not even turn off your computer before you use one. I never had much need to do this myself, but this program looks promising: http://officerecovery.com/freeundelete/
You should be able to get back most of your pictures if you don't write anything else to the hard drive before you use the program. I suggest you try to install the program on a floppy disk or a USB thumb drive if you can, because even installing a small program could destroy some of the pictures. Next time be sure to have two or three copies of everything (CDs and DVDs are easily damaged) so you won't have to risk not getting your data back. Good luck!

I don't think so. Save them to a disc next time... Same thing happened to me
