white squares on teeth?

I recently had my braces taken off,and they left some white squares on two of my teeth.Luckily they arent the two front ones,but i would like too know where did they come from,and how can they be removed.Also,my teeth are a bit yellowish,but not too yellow.I wanna know if i have to have a special treatment from the dentist.Usually they give me a good cleaning,and a flouride treatment afterwards.Is the flouride treatment gonna help my teeth get whiter???

when you get your braces put on, they first clean your teeth. This leaves you're teeth white. Then, while they're still white, they put the breaces on. Food can't get under the places where the braces attach to the teeth, so while the rest of your teeth yellow, the part under the brace stays white. That explain it to ya?

The white spots, if not areas where the braces were covering and leaving a white spot, are probably just calcium deposits. I get them on my front teeth and they come and go.
Fluoride will not make your teeth white. I think it just strengthens your teeth and prevents cavities. Try using Simply White from Colgate. I use it and it works great. It doesn't last long for me as I am a coffee drinker but a couple times a month along with whitening toothpaste keeps my teeth looking good. You could also try the whitening strips. I have not tried these myself but lots of people that I've talked to that have used them have nothing but praise.

Ask the dentist about bleaching your teeth. They also sell over the counter whitening products, I would recommend trying one of them. The good ones are not that cheap, but they do work. Good luck!

yeah maybe you have a lack of calcium maybe it aint the braces...and with the whitening flouride should do the trick :)

you will have to get ur teeth bleached so tht they all look even.or work hard n brush them 3-4 times a day to make them match others.
if i were u i'll go for the former option!

yes i have braces my orthodontist told me that if i dont brush my teeth or at least good enough then i will get that why dont you ask your orthodontist did ne or she tell you when they took the braces off?

don't worry the rest of your teeth will catch up with the dark shade of yellow.
