The extent of our mood swings. You guys see part of it, but there's a volcano that you have no clue exists. Trust me, if you have you'd probably be dead.

We like to change those every so often to keep you on your toes.
When we say "I'm cold", "I'm hungry", "I'm thirsty", etc... We would very much like it if you try to be understanding and try to help us fix our problem. Say things like, "What can I get you to drink/eat?" Show us that you care and offer to help us. If you do, you'll find that we're more willing to return the favor and take care of you and your issues. Most men are like"OK, so get something to eat". We think "Jerk".
Mostly just pay very, very close attention to the woman. Learn things like, "when she gets a headache, she gets cold." So that when we say we have a headache, get her some Tylenol and a blanket! She'll love you for it, and most women will bend over backwards for that kind of treatment from her man. Watch what we do and when we do it. Make notes somewhere private if you have to. Even if she sees them, she'll know that you care and are trying.
At the beginning a woman will mostly take care of it herself, or tell you exactly what to do. As the relationship goes on, you are expected to remember the little things the way we do. Most men forget, or don't care, or don't pay attention. This is why you get labeled insensitive jerks. With women, it's about the details and the little things. Men have a hard time seeing past the big picture. This is why I say make notes if you have to.
