No fad diets work, you really do have to change the way you eat.......if you want to loose weight fast, eat 1000 calories a day....lots of fruit and veg make this easy-er because they fill you up, and exercise!!!! as much as you can manage,....if you can manage to walk a few hours a day, at a reasonable pace, do some toning exercises...and stick to the limited calories the weight should fall off, if you were planning to do this for a long time, ie 2,3,4,months, you should up your calories to 1,500.

Fad diets and "magic" weight loss potions do not work. Never have. Nothing exists that will "melt" fat off your body.
Eat less, exercise more. The ONLY thing that works.

yes you would lose weight if all you did was drink lemonade and not eat...i wouldnt recommend it tho
