This question keeps getting asked, always by girls. I assume that you are a young girl discovering boys and wanting to get their attention.
If you are confident about who you are, you will not only get the attention of guys, but you will be treated well by them. A girl who knows she is beautiful (no matter how she looks) will be seen as attractive. As will a girl who treats herself with care and respect.
Dress well, because you deserve it, not to impress anyone. Stay healthy because you love yourself, not in a desperate need to have people look at you. Be kind and friendly because you sincerely want to be people's friends, not in order to show how many people like you. You will have all the *positive* male attention you will ever need.

Nice personality goes a long long way, obviously you need to be attracted to that person, but a person looks hotter and hotter the more you like who they are!!!! Thats it in a nutshell!!!!!!
