It doesn't exist. One person's idea of best is not necessarily another's. My best is one I burn myself. When you have as much music as I have ripped.....it's easy to come up with 20-30 "best" comp CD's (485gig of .mp3, 48,600+/- tunes) email me what you're looking for, I might be able to help you create one of your own. Most of my stuff is pre-2005.

I like In Honor: A Compilation to Beat Cancer. Over 50 indie, emo, punk, rock, etc. songs on the two CD set with all proceeds to cancer research. =)
You know, if you're into that kind of music.
