Some do,some don't. I work on a computer at work all the time and I can be on this site and still keep up with my work.
Some people are retired and have more time on their hands.
Some are school age. Some just like to be on here for what ever reason they might have of which I really don't want to expound on.

Actually I do not have that much free time. But I like to answer questions that are related to my education. It gives me an opportunity to see how others in the world think. Is it a forum that creates too much free time? I would say, yes.

no we are just very good at work life balance so we do it while we are at work and fill the rest of our lives with other things like learning how to spell
