Because they're not the police. They're not Mullahs. They don't tell you what you can put in your emails and they don't regulate what kind of communications can be made here by design. The purpose of Ask Yahoo is to build a community where information is exchanged. That doesn't happen where information is judged by it's propriety.

My guess is, it's probably impossible for them to review all the questions. Think how much time & expense it would take.
