I used to take xenex, but I got really addicted to them.... Now and then I will take a tylonol PM. But a bottle wine works wonders! LOL

I find it very difficult to sleep at night to be honest, especially at the moment, as its around 27c at night here in Spain, what I do is put on my music, just nice and low and let it do the trick, it works most of the time

i sleep with a fan on high to drown out the noise.it helps alot
