IN OUR SOCIETY TODAY,YOU SEE EVERYDAY ON THE NEWS,YOU CAN'T EVEN TRUST A BOY SCOUT LEADER,PREIST'DR,S,NO ONE.IF YOU FALL VICTOM TO ANYONE,ITS NO ONES FAULT BUT YOUR OWN,,,,,OUR SOCIETY IS GETTING MID EVIL ,FULL OF DRUGS ,KILLINGS,RAPES,MUDERES.SEXUALL PREDITORS.IF WALLS COULD ONLY TALK.YOU JUST NEVER KNOW ,DO YA??????????????

They probably have been hurt or let down so many times it's hard for them to trust anyone. It takes a while for that person to be able to gain people's trust again. Because they are worried they will get hurt again. You just have to take it slow and let them know you are not like the previous people who have let her down. Hope this helps!!!!

I have the opposite problem. People trust me blindly sometimes. They ask if I can watch their purse while they go to the restroom. They ask if I can keep secrets for them. A lot of people I barely know would trust me with their lives and it's scary. That's a lot of faith in my abilities and puts a lot of weight on my shoulders because I wouldn't want to let anyone down.

Maybe if you are so overwhelming about this and try to convince people to trust you, they get scared and feel that you want something from them. Trust comes over time...you can't force trust to come just because you want to. Time and honesty I guess are very essential. Do you trust everyone so easily? Think about it..
