I know it's really lame, but I hesitate so bad when it comes to finding work because I doubt myself and my abilities.

yeah i used to be afraid getting a job..well i got over it by accepting this is one of the stage in life where i have to face it n its something im looking forward, that is my career life n to be independent finally! but now im not afraid of getting a job,instead im more afraid of losing it

I am not afraid to get a job, I am afraid of the rejection if I do not get the job.
You must decide that you will present yourself in the best light possible and then it is up to your potential employer to make the "right" decision.

I was the same way. The only way to get over it is to just do it. After a couple of days you'll be used to your job and you'll be fine.
