i saw this model on 'this morning' a while ago and she had those tights with the bottoms cut off and a scarf as a skirt drapeing down, it looked great but i just woundered how ur surpost to get a scarf to do that?

Alot of girls have been wearing the bottomless tights with a short mini demin skirt. I imagine they must of had some sort of fastening for the scarf to be wrapped and staying in the same position for a long time.

It looked great probably because she was super stick skinny. It doesn't look good unless you have non-existent hips.
If you want to try it, get a very BIG square scarf. To check size at the store, see if you can make the opposite ends tie before buying. Fold it diagonally to make a triangle. Knot it firmly to avoid slipping. Fold the ends under the knot so that they lay flat. It should have the knot at the side and the tip of the triangle on the opposite.

that would have to be a very big scarf since it would have to wrap round your hips might as well just wear your thong and hope no one notices you forgot to put the skirt or shorts on.

um you don't/ because u see some skinny a** model wearing something she shouldn't its not meant for you. try wearing a mini shirt and tights-that's going to be the new thing (but be prepared to look like everyone else.

Do you mean a pareo (pronounced "parayo")? It is the closest thing I can think of to what you are describing.
