can i download videos, etc. from my psp's web browers?

You're probably better off using the USB cable with a software program to copy them up. It can play MP4 movies (you can buy converting software - Slysoft has a mobile package that I tried once) - and your PSP can also play MP3's.

I Purchased the 4 GB HD, it's kind of pricey and makes your PSP a bit on the heftier side, but I think it's worth the extra space.
