A question that can't really be answered. We will do what we have to survive because that is what humans always do (all life really), but until we see the problem we don't really know how we will deal with it. But humanity will survive.

two possible scenarios:
post apocalyptic- we're pretty much screwed
near perfect society- no money, no religion, legal marijuana, and tube technology
