Let's say that you could get a FREE 1 year subscription to a magazine you like...say Penthouse, FHM, Maxim, or Stuff...some Men's magazine with hotties in it. Instead of paying for the subscription, you enter a contest by paying $1. The payout is that one person out of every 10 would be guaranteed to get a free subscription. The other 9 would get nothing. That's 1 in 10 odds. Would you enter a contest like that?

Not only would I enter a contest like that, I'd buy ten tickets. That would more or less guarantee that I win at least one subscription and $10.00 for a 1 year subscription is a pretty great price.
