Its like anything else...control and moderation are the keys to healthy enjoyment and participation of both parties. If someone goes overboard, injury, both physical and psychological, can result with unfortunate after-effects. But when practiced with a modicum of common sense, it can be quite fun, and healthy to boot.
What has J-Lo got to do with it? I must have missed something I think I would be very interested in seeing...
